I would recommend Vertu Toyota Loughborough because Laim and Dan where very patient, gave time and space to come to a considered decision. I would suggest that buyers insist on seeing the vehicle history documents. Though the vehcile we bought was said to have a full history and we were told they were placed in the glove compartment we did not insisit on seeing them. We found later that none of the service history from the previous owner exists, no service book with stamps from the dealers who serviced them, no origianl invoices with detailed work carried out. We have received brief one page service records that Toyota keep online where a Toyota dealer has serviced.

The experience of buying a new car at Vertu Loughborough was excellent . Eoin Casey who handled the sale was excellent. Had a loan car for the day to check out the car met our requirements. Gave us a fair part exchange and sorted out everything very efficiently. There was no pressure sales and huddles in back rooms, which other garages I have experienced. A very stress free experience and the new car is excellent. Well done to all the staff.

I had a great experience at Vertu Toyota Loughborough because, Lewis our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car. We were talked through every aspect of driving this car. On two occasions we went back to speak to Lewis as we were unsure about a couple of things… he was straight on the case and very helpful to us.
