I was pleased with Vertu Toyota Loughborough and would recommend them because the service pre sale and afterwards was excellent. It's also very easy to contact vertu and be put through to who you need to speak to quickly. The car is also excellent, so a good all round experience.

I would not recommend Vertu Toyota Loughborough because, although I got a good car and a reasonable deal, the service was shockingly bad. Collecting the car took nearly 4 hours because the off-site, centralised admin team could not cope with the volume of sales that day. When I did get my car, I discovered that ownership had been registered at the wrong address, despite the correct address being used in all other documents. It took more than two weeks to get the address corrected (I had to wait for the incorrect VSC to arrive, then correct it and send it back) during which I was unable use my resident car parking pass. Never again.

I'd recommend Vertu Toyota Loughborough to anyone because the staff were really good. Patient and not condescending towards me as a woman buying a car. Even though I had a male friend with me, they talked to me as the purchaser. I was very impressed.
